This is a unique blend of mostly Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, with also Grenache Gris, Albario and Vermentino from the Central Coast. Old World winemaking in the New World; Fermented in Stainless Steel with native yeasts, aged in neutral French oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
