Here we have a very nice Cap Eagle and Cockade, cut off from a German WWII Army M43 Field cap (Heer M43 Feldmtze). The insignia are sewn onto a field gray (feldgrau) wool cap section. It features a fine machine BeVo embroidered eagle, with gray thread on a light green base, the Heer colors in use from 1940 onwards. Below this is a machine embroidered tri color cockade, which is woven on the same color material.
