A VONTADE Big Waffle Drivers Zip Cardigan VTD 0602 CS Cheswick Size Chart Size Shoulder Chest SS39212 138 XL Color:Old Beige is a reproduction by omotodenim Size Chart Size Shoulder Chest Back Length Sleeve M 43cm 55cm 72cm 64 推定1950年から採用された緊急用ベストのタイプE 1。数少ないミリタリーベストの中、1940年代に支給されたC 1ベスト同様に魅力のあるベストである。E 1ベストは本来、無線機とバッテリーを収納するポケットが両脇に付いて、それらを身頃に固定するためウエスト周りを一周するテープが設置されていたが、それらを大胆にモディファイ。使用している素材も本来はナイロン製だが、コットンのバックサテンへと変更し、ライニングには滑りの良いレーヨンコットンを使用している。また、ライニングにはポケットを追加して機能面においても向上させた。ジッパーはコットン製のフライトジャケットが製造された1940年代に合わせてTALONジッパーを使用しており、化学繊維であるナイロンのE 1ベストが登場する前に実在したかのような雰囲気が漂っている。
